this is imperative

an officemate showed me a site, which houses posters done by various artists about important international sociopolitical issues. captions below the posters were taken directly from the site. i was figuratively floored, not only because of the awesome visuals, but also because of the urgency of the subjects.

"It doesn't matter which color - racism doesn't make any sense."
This image visually illustrates the irrationality of racism.

This poster was created in respect for the victims of the September 11 tragedies.

"We are all different, but together compose one whole 'Coexistence', which has three religions peacefully living next to each other, in one word!"
This poster was designed for the Israeli Museum on the Seam. The museum advocates the ending of the war, and encourages people to make agreements, and be more tolerant.

check out the site HERE to see more posters.
